In May 2010, Aussie adventurer and tech whiz Shannon Jones was trekking through the Northern Territory with his mates Billo and Coops when they encountered snake tracks, a dying laptop battery, and—most shockingly—the mythical Great Wallabanger flying overhead. While his friends panicked, Shannon calmly fixed the laptop’s battery charging issue, proving once again that no situation, not even a legendary beast, could distract him from solving a tech problem. The trio escaped unscathed, and Shannon went on to continue his legacy of computer support in Knoxville, Tennessee, helping anyone in need—mythical creature or not.
